Quick fixes

• Confirm the Safari extension is enabled or reload the Chrome extension.
• Retry after checking your connection and daily quota.
• Use Restore Purchases in the macOS companion app after reinstalling.
• Use Manage Apple subscriptions or web billing to change an active plan.

Account and privacy

You can disconnect Notion, remove a local BYOK key, sign out, or permanently delete your account from Settings. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
