Terms of Use

Effective 30 August 2026. AI Summify is provided under the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, supplemented by the terms below.

AI service

AI-generated output may be incomplete or inaccurate and must not replace professional advice. You are responsible for having permission to process submitted content and for reviewing results before relying on or sharing them. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or rights-infringing activity.

Subscriptions and purchases

Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID is charged after purchase confirmation. Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your App Store account; manage web subscriptions through AI Summify web billing. The Power purchase is a one-time UI unlock and requires your own supported provider key. Deleting an AI Summify account does not cancel a processor subscription.

Availability and liability

Usage limits, supported models, and integrations may change to maintain security, reliability, or provider compatibility. Service is provided to the extent permitted by the Apple Standard EULA and applicable law. Contact support@aisummify.com with questions.
